Welcome to the Fall 2003 edition of Physics 211: Laboratory in Electronics and Waves, taught by Froney Crawford and Scott Shelley. The lab manual can be purchased at the bookstore and is the only required text for the lab.

• Do the pre-lab questions for each lab and turn them in at the start of lab.
• Lab reports are due one week (by 4 pm) after the lab finishes.
• Formal lab reports are due two weeks (by 4 pm) after the lab finishes.
• Labs which are up to a week late will be penalized 20%, between one and two weeks late will be penalized 40%, and after two weeks late, labs will not be accepted without a Dean's excuse.
• Formal reports are worth 20 pts, oral reports are worth 15 pts, and short reports are worth 10 pts.

• There will be several handouts at our first meeting to help provide you with some useful additional background for some of the labs.
• If you are having trouble with the class, a peer tutoring system is available here. Please check it out if you think you might need a tutor.
